A taste of Southern Europe is set to arrive in Perth as Subi Spritz returns for its fourth year, transforming Subiaco into a Mediterranean paradise from 14-23 March 2025. Presented by See Subiaco, this 10-day festival promises a celebration of la dolce vita, with a diverse program of food, drink, and culture that will transport you straight to the sun-drenched coastlines of Southern Europe.

Conti Roll Contest and Pasta Lane: Back by popular demand, these events transform Subiaco’s laneways into charming Italian trattorias. Indulge in mouthwatering pasta dishes and witness local chefs compete to create the ultimate continental roll – a foodie’s dream come true!
