We’ve been watching the revitalisation of the Scarborough precinct with heightened anticipation, and as it all moves into its final stages, a new beachfront sunset market is set to be centre stage at the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre.
Set to kick off on Thursday December 14, this weekly sunset market will transform the beachfront into a celebration of summer, with food, bevvies, music, artists and pop-up stores all set amongst the sensational sunsets, surf and sand. This is definitely the time to start rediscovering Scarborough, and reignite the passion for one of our most beautiful and loved beaches.
The markets will continue to expand as areas of the redevelopment are completed, and will offer a curated range of 18 international cuisines, including fresh coconuts, cold pressed juices, Malaysian murtabak, Japanese dumplings, Vietnamese bao, and Argentinian BBQ, just to name a few. Add to the exciting list of food a huge range of local artisan creations and the new Sunset markets are going to be a hot destination for the whole family this Summer.
