Foodies, get excited! Hakata Gensuke is FINALLY coming to Perth. This much-loved Japanese noodle bar, created by Award winning Master Chef Kousuke Yoshimura, offers authentic tonkotsu ramen from Hakata, Fukuoka, Japan.
This ramen joint has already exploded across the Victorian food scene, and now Perth is getting it’s very own store in East Victoria Park, with a Grand Opening launch from September 15-17! The atmosphere of Hakata Gensuke’s Victorian and Japanese counterparts will be present in the 30 seat restaurant, and you can expect to see people flocking to the store from all over the Perth metro area.

Hakata Gensuke make their noodles in-house, and they follow a strict process to ensure perfection, including the 12 hour preparation of their master stock bone broth. Their signature tonkotsu features Gensuke original pork broth accompanied with tender pork chashu, black fungus, spring onions and their delicious homemade thing noodles.

And for the adventurous foodies, you can customise your ramen with spice levels, with mild being between 1-4, but dedicated spice lovers can as high as 15, which we’re told will knock your socks off. If you’re game to try, let us know!
